HOW TO USE
Fill with warm water or our cooled brewed sitz bath herbs for extra healing. Screw on the cap, extend and point the ergonomic nozzle towards the perineum and squeeze.
To clean, wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not use boiling water.
